Couple's Therapy

Couple’s therapy offers a safe space for you and your partner to explore the things in your relationship that may not be working well. It is a healthy and self-caring way to work on yourself and the ways you relate to others. Together, we can look at barriers that are keeping you and your partner from creating the change you are seeking and find the best ways to implement those changes. We can also help you manage the symptoms and behaviors that are creating distress in your relationship, whether it be communication issues, conflict management, money issues, or adjusting to life transitions.

Sometimes everything you have going on in your life can take over. You and your partner are pulled in so many different directions that at the end of the day you have nothing left to give the relationship. When this happens, you both get comfortable with the tiny bit of distance thinking you’ll reconnect later when your lives calm down. Unfortunately, the days when things slow down are few and far between and they never last long enough for you to rebuild what is slowly crumbling. This doesn’t mean you and your partner can’t find a way to strengthen your bond, it just means you both have to find the skills to be intentional about your love and dedicate yourselves to helping it grow.
